Joining technology

The joining of metal-to-metal or metal-to-plastic is becoming increasingly prevalent in our production.

High quality demands both of the chosen materials and of the join itself require ever-improved quality assurance, with pull-off tests, burst tests, peel tests and micro-sectioning to verify the weld knit quality.

Our expertise in the field of materials science along with our process experience enables us to assure the highest technical quality levels.

We use the following joining techniques:

  • - Ultrasonic welding
    o Plastic – plastic
    o Non-ferrous metal – non-ferrous metal
    o Plastic – metal
    o Ultrasonic staking
  • - DC Resistance welding
    o Non-ferrous metal – non-ferrous metal
    o Non-ferrous metal – electronic components
  • - Induction soldering
    o Non-ferrous metal – non-ferrous metal
    o Non-ferrous metal – electronic components
  • - Wave soldering
    o Non-ferrous metal – electronic components
  • - Laser welding
