By overmoulding metal leadframes and connectors using today‘s performance plastic materials, we manufacture complex products which even in their simplest form already have a high degree of functionality. The complexity of such composite products ranges from simple connectors to leadframe concepts, through to multi-stage overmoulding to produce high-value housings. The manufacturing cells are highly automated and, besides loading insert parts, incorporate various joining processes, assembly operations, and test functions.
