In-mould insulation of rotor and stator stacks makes the highest demands of plastics technology. Increased electromotor safety requirements, for example, mean that the insulation not only needs to be as thin as possible, but must also perform better than that in standard motors. Our technical specialists are fully conversant with the functionality of these parts, and have further developed the in-mould insulation processes in collaboration with our customers.
