What we use

Granulate

Soehnergroup processes a whole range of technical injection mouding thermoplastics. Working closely with our customers we define the required quality criteria.
We offer our customers newly developed plastics as quickly as possible. In order to guarantee that all quality requirements will be met, we work with our suppliers to prove the materials in prototype and series mould tools.

We use the following plastics, insert parts, tools and services

• Insert parts: leadframes, pins and blade terminals, supplied either individually or on the reel
• Interlocked stator-stacks
• Bushes, rivets, nuts, as per drawing
• Springs
• Seals  / Gaskets
• Mesh filters
• Ferrite chokes
• Coil strip: bronze – raw, tinned and/or inlay plated; brass – raw or inlay plated

Packaging

As a system-supplier we take care of the whole process. Subject to customer requirements we use various packaging materials, including: cartons, dividers, vacuum formed packaging, PE bags.

Services

• galvanic surface treatment, plating of strip and loose parts, including selective Sn, Ag and Au
• plating Design services for stamping and injection moulding tools

Production equipment

automation for loading metal inserts or passive subcomponents into plastic parts or tools; automatic test rigs and stations, e.g. for leak testing.
